Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • USA & Canada: 6–10 business days

  • UK & Europe: 7–12 business days

  • Australia & NZ: 8–14 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Delays due to customs or local carriers may occur in some regions.

Tracking:
Every order comes with a tracking number. You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order has shipped.


🔄 Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase — but if something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, used ear-care tools cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return:

  1. Email us at support@aurika.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our support team will guide you through the process and provide the return address.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue your refund back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
